Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting quotations for multiple firm-fixed-price blanket purchase agreements covering FDA-certified and Association of Zoos and Aquariums-approved canine carnivore logs for the Mexican Gray Wolf Species Survival Plan. The product must use horse meat and meet specifications of 20–25% protein and 5% fat. Offerors may quote pricing per pound or 40-pound case and must list shipping and handling separately. Deliveries must be made in a refrigerated trailer during weekday delivery hours. The BPA has a five-year period of performance, with individual calls made as needed; the Government is obligated only for authorized purchases. The solicitation states a call limit of $600,000 and an aggregate BPA ceiling of $1,500,000 over the ten-year life of awarded BPAs. Award will use lowest price technically acceptable evaluation, with technical acceptability and price treated as equal factors; past performance will be reviewed through CPARS/FAPIIS.
