Description
The City of Perham is soliciting sealed bids for its 2026 Lead Service Line Replacement project. The work generally includes removals, excavation, water service replacement, interior plumbing, electrical grounding inspections, bituminous pavement restoration, concrete walks, concrete pavement, curb and gutter, driveway pavement, and pre- and post-construction sewer service inspections. Estimated quantities include 1,200 linear feet of water service and interior plumbing, 3,200 linear feet of sewer service inspections, 1,400 square feet each of sidewalk and bituminous pavement replacement, 2,000 square feet of concrete driveway pavement replacement, 100 linear feet of curb and gutter replacement, 20 electrical grounding inspections, and related clearing and grubbing. The project is expected to be funded through the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority Drinking Water Revolving Fund and is subject to applicable federal and state requirements, including Build America, Buy America requirements. A 5% bid security is required, and the successful bidder must furnish performance and payment bonds for the full contract amount.
