Description
Circle of Life School is soliciting bids for Category 2 internal connections equipment and related installation. The requested package includes five 48-port Power over Ethernet managed switches with single-mode SFP modules and stacking cables, one Palo Alto 540 or equivalent firewall, ten Ubiquiti Pro or equivalent wireless access points, wireless controller capability, two 2,200 VA UPS units, one 3,000 VA UPS unit, CAT 6 patch cords in multiple lengths, and six 1-meter SC-SC single-mode fiber patch cables. Related software and licenses are included where applicable. Bids must include installation and initial configuration where required, manufacturer, model, and SKU for all hardware, taxes, and shipping. Vendor price lists will not be considered. Equipment and services subject to FCC national-security supply-chain restrictions are ineligible. The solicitation requires SPI invoicing, prohibits email bids, and directs bidders to upload proposals through the specified online portal.
