Description
The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking detailed proposals for architectural and engineering design services for the Panorama Recreation Centre Changeroom Expansion project. The CRD reserves the right to award the contract in whole or in part, and proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without further competition. A non-mandatory pre-registration meeting is scheduled for June 2, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. local time, at the front entrance reception of the Panorama Recreation Centre. All inquiries related to this RFP should be directed in writing to Tanya Duthie, Manager, Contract Support Services, via email at PurchasingCCPDS@crd.bc.ca, no less than seven (7) days prior to the Closing Time. Electronic submissions, consisting of a PDF copy of the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal in two separate files, must be received by email at PurchasingCCPDS@crd.bc.ca no later than 2:00:00 P.M. PDT on June 25, 2026. The CRD may extend the Closing Time at its sole discretion, and proposals sent by fax will not be considered.
