Description
The City of Surrey requires a Cisco hardware refresh, specifically the replacement of Cisco UCS Server equipment. The contractor will be responsible for supplying, delivering, installing, and configuring the necessary Cisco UCS Server Infrastructure hardware, software, and network components. This includes providing technical assistance for installation, integration, and configuration, as well as knowledge transfer on operational and security best practices. The contractor will also assist with testing the configured environment and conducting a pre-installation design workshop to cover networking, cabling, power, and system/software installation. Services include unpacking and racking equipment, performing basic system installation and configuration according to Cisco best practices, and providing as-built, design, configuration, and user documentation.
