Description
The City of Bellingham is seeking a qualified contractor to conduct salmonid spawner surveys on Whatcom Creek, Padden Creek, and Squalicum Creek. The surveys are intended to document adult salmonid migration, spawning activity, species composition, and habitat use to support long-term watershed and fisheries management. The contractor will be required to follow Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) protocols and the City's internal field methods. Surveys must be completed at 7-10 day intervals between September and March each year.
