Description
The City of Asheville is soliciting sealed bids for boulders under Formal Bid Request No. 298-FBR2089-27. Proposal forms, instructions, and specifications are available from the Purchasing Office or the City’s bid website. Any issued addenda must be acknowledged and included with the bid response; bids without acknowledged addenda may be rejected. The procurement is subject to federal Disadvantaged Business Enterprise requirements under 49 C.F.R. Part 26. Certified DBEs or joint ventures with certified DBEs must submit the specified certification and participation documentation, including commitments to identified DBEs and written confirmation of DBE participation, when applicable.
