The City of Asheville is requesting prequalification applications for three separate streetscape projects involving brick sidewalks: N. Lexington Avenue Sidewalk, Biltmore Village Historic Streetscape, and S. Market and Eagle Street Streetscape Enhancements. A separate application is required for each project. The advertisement states that prequalification paperwork is due by September 15, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Solicitation documents and addenda are available digitally at no cost through the City's procurement website.
