Description
The City of La Marque is soliciting bids for the as-needed supply and delivery of flexible base materials and aggregate products, including crushed stone, limestone city base, paving rock, and washed and unwashed gravel. Products must meet the specified Texas Department of Transportation requirements, including Item 247 Type A 1995 for crushed stone. Estimated quantities are 500 tons for each of ten listed material categories; actual quantities are not guaranteed. The supplier must begin delivery within 72 hours of an order unless a later delivery time is requested, provide delivery tickets or invoices with each shipment, and deliver during routine business hours. Partial deliveries are generally not accepted. The contract term is one year beginning October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with an option for one additional one-year renewal. Pricing must include delivery to designated City of La Marque locations or job sites within the city limits.
