Description
The City of Stanton is soliciting proposals for comprehensive maintenance of two water splash pads. The contractor must provide labor, parts, materials, equipment, inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, water-chemistry management, and on-call repairs. Routine maintenance is required three times weekly during the operational season, with winterization, pre-season startup, non-operational-season inspections, service documentation, and emergency response. Emergency requests require arrival at the splash pad within four hours of notification. Repairs and work outside the routine scope require prior written City authorization. The proposal package is limited to 25 pages, excluding resumes, tabs, and cover/back pages, and must include a letter of transmittal, firm history and structure, key personnel qualifications and resumes, project approach, proposed subcontractors and suppliers, relevant government references, insurance compliance evidence, exceptions and deviations, and the completed Proposal Acknowledgement Form. A separate fee proposal must include the completed Bid Schedule and anticipated staff-hours by task. Three bound copies of the proposal and one copy of the separate fee proposal are required. The selected contractor will be responsible for applicable licenses, insurance, prevailing-wage compliance, and ongoing service reports.
