Description
The Department of State is conducting market research for anticipated multiple-award IDIQ contracts supporting worldwide real estate brokerage and professional services for properties associated with U.S. diplomatic missions. The scope may include property searches, sales and buyer representation, tenant representation and leasing, rental and feasibility studies, broker opinions of value, appraisal support, highest-and-best-use studies, real estate disposal, ownership-interest analysis, market and development reports, architectural and engineering services, field work, legal counsel, geospatial analytics, planning and zoning, public-private partnership analytics, and other real estate consulting services. Work may be urgent and requires local-market subject-matter expertise, familiarity with local laws, and local-language capability. The anticipated maximum value of all awards is $130,000,000 over a multi-year base-and-option-year period. Respondents must submit a capability statement of no more than five 8.5-by-11-inch pages using at least 10-point font, along with the completed Sources Sought Capabilities Checklist as one response package. The capability statement must include company and SAM UEI information, applicable SBA categories and size standards for NAICS 531210 and 531390, and at least three comparable projects performed outside the United States within the past two years, including project scope, performance responsibilities, customer, timeliness, value, challenges, and local in-country support.
