Description
The Federal Bureau of Investigation is conducting market research for a leasehold interest in approximately 5,000 to 9,999 square feet of aviation hangar space in the Billings, Montana area, including approximately 800 to 1,000 square feet of office space. The Government will consider existing aviation hangars and facilities capable of immediate modification, but will evaluate only existing facilities or facilities that can be modified for immediate availability. Respondents must provide a capability statement addressing property ownership or leasing/development rights, facility status, experience developing, operating, or managing general aviation aircraft hangars or comparable aviation facilities, and entity information including company name, Unique Entity ID, business size, and socioeconomic classification. This is a sources-sought notice for market research rather than a solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
