Description
Community Transit seeks a qualified vendor to provide scheduled cleaning at approximately 617 bus stop locations, 18 park-and-ride or transit center properties, 12 comfort stations containing 18 restrooms, and 86 Swift platform stations. Work includes cleaning shelters and customer waiting areas; emptying and relining trash containers; restroom cleaning and restocking; and removing and disposing of collected waste. The vendor must provide the labor, supervision, cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, and obtain approval for cleaning chemicals. The scope also includes on-call special and hazardous cleanup, including power washing, with a four-hour response time. A safety plan is required with the proposal. The contract is fixed-price for an initial one-year term beginning in February 2027, with four one-year extension options at Community Transit’s discretion. Proposals must include the completed conflict-of-interest certification, questionnaire, price sheet, and safety plan. The questionnaire requests up to five relevant project experiences from the past three years, including reference contact details and contract information.
