Description
The City of Marysville is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide owner’s representation and construction management services for a federally funded pavement preservation project. The work includes on-site inspection, construction contract administration, daily and weekly coordination, review and tracking of submittals and requests for information, document control, materials sampling and testing, traffic-control monitoring, risk and claims support, and project closeout. The consultant will also review contractor as-built records and provide record documents to the City. The underlying construction project includes grind-and-overlay work, selected full-depth pavement repairs, and ADA curb-ramp upgrades along an approximately 1.5-mile urban arterial corridor. The estimated construction cost is $3.264 million. The solicitation requests experience with federally funded roadway projects and establishes a voluntary, strongly encouraged 10% Small Business Enterprise participation goal.
