Description
The City of Everett seeks a consultant to update its 2011 Bicycle Master Plan and incorporate walking and rolling. The plan is expected to support the goals of Vision Zero Everett and the Everett 2044 Comprehensive Plan, and include updated design standards, project recommendations, policy recommendations, and program recommendations. The selected consultant will provide scope development and project management, community outreach, planning, and engineering services. The project uses federal funds and is subject to federal Equal Employment Opportunity requirements.
