Description
The City seeks a qualified, licensed production company to design and deliver an annual 30-minute Fourth of July fireworks display for 2027–2031. The contractor will provide the personnel, equipment, materials, transportation, permits, insurance, security, setup, electronic firing, show control, dismantling, and site cleanup. The proposal must describe the show design and production plan, including fireworks quantities and sizes, choreography, firing positions, and coordination with City staff and public-safety officials. The City will provide crowd control. Proposers may also offer a separately priced, optional 10–12-minute drone light show. Proposals should describe the drone count, programming and animation, formations, music synchronization, operational and safety requirements, permits, weather limitations, staffing, and contingency procedures. The City may award the fireworks display alone, the drone show as an add-on, or both. Responses are evaluated on experience and qualifications, scope of services, examples of similar events, and pricing.
