Description
The consortium is seeking quotes for one internet access and data transmission service at 100–400 Mbps for Crown King School District 41. The contract must allow upgrades to the quoted bandwidth, and pricing must remain valid for the life of the contract. Quotes must include all applicable fees and Arizona sales tax, itemize ineligible costs, and display the provider’s SPIN and the Form 470 number. The service provider must offer the applicant either SPI or BEAR invoicing. The quote must comply with FCC Lowest Corresponding Price requirements and applicable restrictions on covered equipment and services. The procurement is not a formal sealed bid/RFP process; quotes exceeding $100,000 must be tied to an approved state master, cooperative purchasing, or compliant consortium contract. Contracts shorter than 60 months should allow annual or month-to-month extensions at the applicant’s discretion, not to exceed 60 months.
