Description
Skull Valley School District #15 is seeking quotes for one internet access and data transmission service at a capacity between 200 and 500 Mbps. The proposed contract must allow bandwidth upgrades, and pricing must remain valid for the life of the contract. Quotes must include all applicable fees and Arizona sales tax, separately itemize ineligible costs, and display the provider’s SPIN and the Form 470 number. The provider must offer SPI or BEAR invoicing and comply with the FCC Lowest Corresponding Price requirements and restrictions on covered telecommunications equipment and services. This is not a formal sealed-bid or RFP process. For contracts under 60 months, the district requests annual one-year and/or month-to-month extensions at its discretion, up to a total of 60 months. Quotes exceeding $100,000 must be linked to an eligible state master, cooperative purchasing, or compliant consortium contract.
