Description
The Borough seeks a qualified consultant to evaluate the library’s existing electrical system and design interior electrical improvements and exterior site lighting. The design scope includes additional lighting and outlets, with the attached project notes identifying outlet additions, lighting changes, and an HVAC supply adjustment. Services may include civil, architectural, electrical, and cost-estimating work; preparation of plans, specifications, a cost estimate, and construction bid documents; assistance with bidding; and time-and-materials construction assistance for contractor questions. Work products must be prepared by or under the supervision of an Alaska-registered architect, engineer, or land surveyor, and electronic deliverables must meet the stated accessibility requirements.
