Description
The Northlake Stewardship District is requesting qualifications from firms interested in providing landscape and irrigation maintenance services. Applicants must hold all applicable state and federal licenses in good standing and be authorized to do business in Manatee County and Florida. Applicants must submit a pre-qualification statement consisting of one electronic PDF copy on a USB flash drive by email. Firms will be evaluated based on experience, personnel qualifications, and ability to perform the services. Pre-qualification decisions will remain valid for three years, with a possible two-year extension, and qualified firms may subsequently be eligible to bid on District landscape and irrigation maintenance projects subject to project classifications and aggregate dollar limits.
