Description
The U.S. Army requires a non-personal services contractor to rebuild two live-fire turning target control systems consisting of eight turning targets across four lanes at Phillips Range. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, programming, and incidentals; remove existing controls, remotes, wiring, and associated electrical hardware; and design, fabricate, install, program, test, validate, and place two new control systems into full operational service. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, replacing the original Women-Owned Small Business set-aside. The contractor, rather than the Government, will supervise and control its service providers.
