Description
The Clarkstown Central School District is soliciting bids for the supply of fresh produce for the 2026-2027 school year. The contract will be for a one-year term from the date of award. Produce must meet or exceed U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Commerce, New York State, and industry standards for quality, safety, and freshness. Deliveries are anticipated twice per week to Felix Festa Middle School and Clarkstown High School South, with specific scheduling to be arranged. The district reserves the right to award contracts on an item-by-item or total sum basis to the lowest responsible bidder.
