Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Beaumont, is soliciting offers for canned goods. The solicitation package includes all necessary information for submitting a request for quote (RFQ) for evaluation. Potential quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and include their Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. The required documents for submission are the Standard Form 1449 and National/Kosher Menu Specifications Quote Sheets for the items being bid on. All communications regarding this RFQ must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. Quotations are due by 12:00 p.m. CST on June 24, 2026, and can be submitted via mail, FedEx/other carriers, or email. Delivery of awarded items can begin as early as July 6, 2026.
