Description
The City seeks as-needed printing, fabrication, finishing, packaging, and delivery of pole, event, park, and facility banners; yard signs; and related large-format signage. The scope includes full-color printing, specified materials and finishing, digital proofs, packaging, quality control, and delivery. Installation, removal, mounting hardware installation, permitting, sponsorship approval, and maintenance are excluded unless separately authorized. The City guarantees no minimum purchase or annual volume. Bidders must provide unit pricing for a base bid and four quantity tiers. The contract has an initial three-year term, with up to two one-year renewals. A 10% bid security is required; the solicitation permits a bid bond or specified alternatives, and requires the hard copy of bid security to be received by the City before the bid deadline. The bid response itself must be submitted online. The solicitation also requires a minimum three-year operating history and identifies required online response forms and uploads, including a W-9, non-collusion affidavit, WBE/MBE materials, and applicable licenses or certifications.
