Description
The Township of Hamilton is soliciting qualifications and proposals from firms or individuals to serve as the municipality’s affordable housing administrative agent for the January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, contract term. The selected professional will perform the duties described in the attached scope of work and must demonstrate the professional, administrative, and financial capability to provide the services. Proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, relevant experience, professional certifications, key personnel, understanding of the requested work, references, availability, management approach, and compensation. Respondents must provide a qualification statement, information about key personnel and the servicing office, a cost and fee schedule, and at least three similar-project references, including at least two municipalities. Required submission materials include the proposal sheet, proposal response, ownership disclosure, addenda acknowledgment, insurance acknowledgment with general liability certificate, non-collusion affidavit, New Jersey Business Registration Certificate, affirmative action compliance notice, Iran disclosure, Russia-Belarus certification, references, and W-9. The New Jersey Business Registration Certificate and affirmative action certificate are also identified as items required before contract execution or award in portions of the solicitation.
