Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, on behalf of the Kentucky State Fair and Expo Center, is soliciting a vendor for signage and installation services. The scope includes producing a wide range of interior and exterior banners, billboard banners, mesh and vinyl graphics, coroplast, PVC, aluminum, gatorboard, foam-board, corrugated, Sintra, magnetic, poster, grand-format, scrim, tent, wrap, and decal products in the sizes and specifications listed in the attached bid sheet. Artwork will be supplied in print-ready files; design services are not required. The vendor must bid all listed items and provide installation when required, including coordination with facility personnel and show decorators, site visits where measurements or installation locations require confirmation, graphic removal when requested, and vendor-supplied boom lifts, scissor lifts, cable, and other necessary equipment. Work may occur at Kentucky State Fair facilities and at billboard locations throughout the Commonwealth. The resulting master agreement has a one-year initial period and four optional two-year renewal periods; quantities are estimates and are not guaranteed.
