Description
The Converse County Justice Center Joint Powers Board is seeking professional snow removal services for the Converse County Joint Justice Center. The contractor must furnish all labor and equipment for snow removal during November through April, including clearing sidewalks, pathways, parking areas, and roadways, as well as de-icing walks, ramps, and pathways. Services are required seven days per week, including holidays, when specified snow or ice conditions occur. Bidders must provide qualifications, experience with similar work, at least three project references, an hourly rate schedule covering miscellaneous services and charges, and other useful information. The contractor must arrange supplemental labor or equipment when needed, maintain telephone availability during and immediately after snowfall, document pre-existing site conditions, and repair damage caused by its operations. The agreement is for one year and may be renewed by mutual agreement; pricing will be evaluated on overall service costs rather than a single annual price.
