Description
The City of Chicago is soliciting non-negotiable bids to furnish and deliver fire-rated, steel, and stainless-steel doors, door frames, and associated hardware for a contract period of up to 36 months. The opportunity is managed by the Facilities Maintenance department. The submission package requires applicable DBE Schedules B, C, and D; the FTA-funded certification regarding felony convictions and tax-delinquent status; the Bidders List Form; Proposal Page P1; Bid Table 1 (BT-48AR); Bid Table 2 (BT-47JK); and the Certifications, Disclosures, and Execution Package. The bid tables must be completed using the provided response templates. Supporting documentation identifies insurance requirements and federal transit-funding conditions.
