Description
This solicitation is for Core & Shell MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Packages for the University of Kentucky Health Care's Expand Patient Care Facility project in Lexington, Kentucky. The project involves the construction of a 2.08 million SF, 895-bed facility, focusing on expanding inpatient beds and clinical support services. The scope includes Preconstruction Assistance, Preconstruction, Construction, Commissioning, and Close-out services. Specifically, the packages cover Core & Shell Plumbing and HVAC, and Core & Shell Electrical. Bidders are required to submit a Notice of Intent to Bid and proposals via SmartBid by July 24, 2026. A pre-proposal meeting will be held via Teams on June 16, 2026.
