Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command is issuing a pre-solicitation synopsis for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for various construction requirements at Blue Grass Army Depot (BGAD) in Kentucky. This requirement is projected to be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The anticipated services include facility sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM); minor and mid-range construction, repair, and renovation; new construction; equipment installation; concrete and sitework; and design-build projects. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required for each Task Order. The solicitation, when issued, will be posted to SAM.gov.
