Description
Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation seeks on-call snow removal and salt treatment at three properties: a racing facility, a branch location, and a casino hotel. Work includes clearing roadways, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, crosswalks, loading docks, and other specified areas; applying rock salt after plowing and during freezing conditions; and hauling snow from a designated lot during large storms when needed. The contractor must provide labor, equipment, and materials, respond within two hours of notification, and maintain access throughout snow events. Additional requirements include a minimum of three years’ relevant experience, three current references for comparable work performed within the past three years, six on-site workers at the casino hotel, periodic and completion photographs, and seasonal installation and maintenance of reflective stakes. Pricing is requested by location and service category. The contract term is one year, with three possible one-year renewals by mutual written consent.
