Description
Western University is seeking a supplier to provide and install a digital PCR (dPCR) platform capable of highly sensitive and precise nucleic acid quantification for research, clinical research, and assay development. The system must support multiplex detection, absolute quantification, rare-target detection, and high-throughput analysis. The scope includes equipment delivery, installation, training, and a requested four-year extended warranty, with technical, service, support, sustainability, accessibility, and value-added capabilities evaluated. The estimated project budget is CAD $119,000 plus HST, although purchase volume and value are not guaranteed. Proposals must include the required submission forms, technical questionnaire, pricing, references, sustainability documentation, and checklist. The agreement is expected to commence in Fall 2026 and continue until the equipment is received and the supplier's obligations are satisfied.
