Description
Washington State University is seeking custodial services for approximately 10,103 square feet of common areas and tenant office space in two buildings. Common areas, totaling approximately 7,786 square feet, require cleaning five nights per week, including disinfecting frequently touched surfaces, vacuuming carpets, cleaning hard floors, emptying trash, and cleaning and restocking restrooms. Approximately 2,317 square feet of tenant offices require weekly cleaning before or after normal business hours, Monday through Friday. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, supplies, equipment, and tools; ensure personnel pass background checks; and submit monthly service activity reports. The response must describe company and staff experience, service methods and proposed service levels and costs, emergency cleaning response, quality assurance and complaint resolution, and include sample billing, damage and accident report, and inspection forms. A completed pricing quote is also required. Subcontracting requires prior owner authorization.
