Description
Walla Walla County Public Works is seeking qualifications from civil engineering consultants for on-call support for public works projects. Potential assignments include pre-design, design, surveying, construction and post-construction services; right-of-way plans and acquisition; transportation studies; geotechnical investigations; and biological and environmental studies, reports, and permits. Consultants must have professional civil engineering registration in Washington State. The county expects to select and rank consultants through a qualifications-based process. Work will be issued as separately negotiated tasks, with no minimum amount of work guaranteed. The agreement is for one year, with the county able to extend it. Submittals must address each evaluation criterion, be no more than ten sheets (with specified paper-size and single-sided requirements), and include three bound paper copies. The solicitation states that SF 254 and SF 255 are not required.
