Description
The City of Los Angeles is soliciting bids from consultants pre-qualified under Contract No. C-146535, Service Area 4: Housing, to support the Los Angeles Housing Department's Homelessness Oversight Bureau and the Office of the City Administrative Officer with intensive monitoring and performance management for the Alliance Time-Limited Subsidy Program. The contractor will provide project management, planning, coordination, technical assistance, oversight of program partners, performance tracking, problem-solving strategies, and additional assigned tasks. Required deliverables include monthly performance reports, milestone progress reports, an annual assessment report, and presentations or written materials for City committees, the City Council, the Mayor, and the public. The work plan must address the proposed approach, timelines and objectives, staffing levels, subcontractors, and total cost for a one-year term. The qualifications narrative is limited to five pages, with a cover letter, three prior work samples, and an organizational chart identifying key personnel and hourly rates. The anticipated period of performance is through June 30, 2027, with possible negotiated extensions; the Notice to Proceed will establish the specific start date, end date, and award amount.
