Description
The Village of Thompsonville is soliciting bids for the construction of the Thompsonville Junction campground, located at the southwest corner of Thompsonville Ave. and Michigan Avenue. This project, partially funded by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources Trust Fund Grant Program, involves the creation of a 10-site campground in accordance with the State of Michigan EGLE Campground Program. Key work items include surface improvements, installation of site furnishings such as benches, grills, and picnic tables, as well as the installation of sanitary sewer, water service, and electrical service. All relevant State and Federal requirements will apply to the bid, contract, and construction phases.
