Description
The City of Boulder City, Nevada is soliciting proposals from qualified respondents to plan, finance, develop, construct, and operate a recreational vehicle, boat, and trailer storage facility. The selected respondent(s) will lease property from the City and are expected to provide additional storage options for local and regional owners of recreational vehicles, adhering to the highest standards of operation. The proposed site is located at 760 Yucca Street, with APN's 186-07-101-003 & 186-08-101-009. The minimum acceptable lease rent is $0.615 per square foot or $26,846 per acre per year. The contract will be in the form of a lease agreement.
