Description
Citrus County Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller is soliciting proposals for actuarial services related to Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB). The scope of work includes providing investment management services for the County's investment portfolio and offering recommendations on the current policy to maximize yield while ensuring the preservation of capital and liquidity. Proposals are due by July 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST. A public tally of the proposals, including the reading of scores and pricing information, will occur on July 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST. Both the proposal opening and the public tally will be held at the Citrus County Clerks Office Annex, Financial Services, located at 120 N. Montgomery Avenue, Inverness, FL 34450.
