This Master Invitation for Bids (MIFB-I) is for international commodity procurements related to U.S. Government international food assistance programs, such as Food for Peace, Food for Progress, and the McGovern-Dole Food for Education programs. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Commodity Procurement Program (CPP) will periodically issue specific invitations for bids (IFB) under this Master IFB. Bidding and contract actions will be managed through the Web Based Supply Chain Management (WBSCM) system. Commodities purchased must be a product of the United States. The IFB will specify details such as commodity, delivery periods, quantities, and closing dates. Offerors are advised to carefully review this Master Invitation for Bid, the applicable IFB, and any relevant commodity requirements documents.
