Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is seeking capable vendors for market research concerning the supply and delivery of 1,614 bags, each not exceeding 50 pounds, of turf-type tall fescue seed blend. The blend must contain four turf-type tall fescue cultivars appearing on the National Turfgrass Evaluation Program A-LIST, with no cultivar comprising less than 10 percent by weight. Each cultivar must have at least 90 percent germination, the blend must contain at least 99 percent pure seed, other crop seed must be 0.00 percent, and the noxious weed label must state “None.” Respondents should provide a capability statement, company and contact information, Unique Entity Identifier, business size and socioeconomic status, relevant contract vehicles, feedback on the specifications, available product options and supporting resources, questions, and sample pricing if available. Respondents must identify four proposed cultivars and provide a representative commercial label or specification sheet for each. A current Missouri Seed Permit is required from the apparent successful vendor before award; final lot-specific tags are due by delivery.
