Description
The United Nations Development Programme seeks 31,600 packages of open-pollinated vegetable seeds, comprising chilli, eggplant, yard-long bean, cucumber, pumpkin, okra, and bitter gourd. The seeds must meet specified minimum germination and purity rates, be preferably local varieties, have recent laboratory germination and quality test documentation, and have at least 12 months of remaining expiration at bid submission. Packaging must be durable, moisture-resistant, properly sealed, and labeled. The supplier must deliver the seeds within 30 days after contract signature under DAP terms to Mrauk U, Kyauktaw, and Ponnagyun townships in Rakhine State. The solicitation requires a six-month warranty with replacement of nonconforming seeds at no additional cost, and bidders must provide business registration, relevant agricultural-input experience, financial-capacity evidence, sample packaging imagery, and completed quotation and technical/financial offer forms.
