Description
The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a responder to provide coordinator services for the Discharge Access Database System (DADS), a searchable database used by County Veteran Service Officers and agency staff to locate veteran discharge documents such as DD214s needed to access earned benefits. The coordinator must have in-depth knowledge of DADS and its capabilities; coordinate with county and agency staff regarding system issues; train staff on DADS operations; and coordinate with county users regarding questions and concerns. Responses must be submitted through the State of Minnesota Supplier Portal.
