Description
The United Nations Development Programme is seeking 38,500 packages of open-pollinated vegetable seeds: chilli, eggplant, yard-long bean, cucumber, pumpkin, okra, and bitter gourd. Quantities are 14,000 packs for Buthidaung, 14,000 for MaungDaw, and 10,500 for Rathedaung. Seeds must meet specified package weights, minimum 70% germination and 80% purity requirements, and preferably be local varieties. Each package must be durable, moisture-resistant, properly sealed, and labeled with the seed variety and quality. The supplier must provide laboratory germination, purity, and moisture test results issued within one year, a sample package photograph, business registration or licensing documentation, bank-account evidence, relevant experience and financial-capacity documentation, and completed quotation, technical, and financial forms. Delivery is DAP to the three townships within 30 days after contract signature, with a six-month warranty and replacement obligation for defective or noncompliant seeds. The quotation must remain valid for 120 days and be submitted through the Quantum supplier portal.
