Description
The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources is soliciting bids for labor, equipment, materials, permits, licenses, tools, transportation, and incidentals required to repair asphalt and install pedestrian ramps on the Luce Line State Trail at County Road 110. The work includes base preparation and compaction, Class 5 aggregate, reinforced concrete slabs, truncated-dome panels, asphalt installed in two lifts, pavement striping, cleanup, traffic-control measures, and protection of the public. The approximate work area is 375 feet long by 10 feet wide, divided between the west and east sides of County Road 110. Work must be performed Monday through Thursday, with substantial completion required by June 11, 2027, and final completion by June 25, 2027. Prevailing-wage requirements apply, and the project requires payment and performance bonds if the award amount is $175,000 or more. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal for Event 2000018745; email, fax, and printed responses are not accepted. The solicitation requires the responder to enter a lump-sum price and complete the portal's required questions, including acknowledgments, contractor information, insurance confirmation, prevailing-wage compliance, and other bid factors. The attached Responder Declarations must be reviewed, signed, and included with the response. The State will award to the lowest responsible bidder meeting the specifications and solicitation terms.
