Description
The Deerbrook Community Development District (District) in Pasco County, Florida, is soliciting proposals for comprehensive landscape and irrigation maintenance services. The Project Manual, which includes detailed scope, specifications, and contract documents, is available for purchase for $100.00 from Rizzetta & Co., Inc. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Thursday, June 25, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. EST at Rizzetta & Co., Inc.'s office. Attendance at this meeting is required for proposal consideration. Proposers must be authorized to do business in Florida, possess at least five years of experience in similar landscape maintenance projects with verifiable references, submit pricing for a one-year base term with four one-year renewal options, demonstrate good financial standing, and be fully licensed and insured. Proposals are due by Monday, July 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST, and must include one original hard copy and one digital copy on a flash drive, submitted to Rizzetta & Co., Inc. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive minor informalities. Questions regarding the project should be directed in writing via email to John R. Toborg (jtoborg@rizzetta.com) and Jere Earlywine (Jere.Earlywine@KutakRock.com) by Monday, July 6, 2026. Answers will be provided by Tuesday, July 7, 2026. Proposal ranking will be based on qualifications as outlined in the Project Manual, with a Board of Supervisors meeting anticipated on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. EST for evaluation.
