Description
The Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) is seeking maintenance and support services for the bridge between disparate radio systems that support the Florida Interoperability Network (FIN). This network allows federal, state, and local agencies to communicate with each other, which is crucial for daily operations and emergency response. The vendor will be responsible for maintenance, break/fix repair or replacement, and technical support for existing MotoBridge equipment, including radio equipment, gateways, computers, servers, and workstations. This is a single-source purchase as the statewide solution is proprietary to Motorola Solutions, Inc., the only company that can provide maintenance and replacement parts for the installed equipment.
