Description
The U.S. Army requires a firm-fixed-price contractor to disassemble 18 existing cubicle workstations in Building 2400, transfer specified panels and desk attachments to the G4 DLA warehouse at 1901 Ewell Road, and purchase, deliver, and install 12 new cubicle workstations in the G8 Directorate, Room 114. The new workstations include specified panel dimensions, desks, existing shelves, file drawers, door panels, cabinets, hanging shelves, and connector attachments. The contractor must also reconfigure the existing conference room and accommodate any miscellaneous parts or layout changes identified during assembly. Installation includes routing electrical power with at least three outlets and one Ethernet connection per workstation. The contractor must provide personnel, transportation, tools, materials, equipment, supervision, and a site-specific safety plan. The solicitation uses a lowest-price technically acceptable evaluation and requires a signed SF 1449, amendment acknowledgment if applicable, representations and certifications, an executive summary, exceptions or assumptions, contact information, a technical proposal, and pricing on the SF 1449. Past performance will be reviewed through SAM.gov, CPARS, customer references, and past contracts rather than submitted as a separate volume.
