NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN until 10:00 a.m. on the 14th of October 2026. Electronic bids will be publicly opened at Savage City Hall located at 6000 McColl Drive, Savage, Minnesota 55378 at the said time and place by two or more designated officers or agents of the City. The responsibility of the bidders will be considered along with the bids by the City Council at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as scheduled on October 19, 2026, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. No bids will be considered unless accompanied by a bidder's bond naming the City of Savage as obligee, certified check payable to the City Clerk of the City of Savage or a cash deposit equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid, which shall be returned or forfeited as set forth in the Information for Bidders. The Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. The City of Savage is soliciting bids for City Project No. 20-53, Maintenance of Storm Ponds 21-5 and 21-6.
