The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 02, intends to issue a sole-source Federal Supply Schedule delivery order to Beckman Coulter, Inc. for continued Chemistry and Immunoassay Cost-Per-Reportable-Result (CPRR) supplies or services. The agency states that only one responsible source can satisfy its unique or highly specialized requirements, and this notice is not a request for competitive proposals or offers. The proposed period of performance is six months, from October 1, 2026, through March 31, 2027, with no option periods. The requirement supports six VA medical facilities in New York: James J. Peters VA Medical Center, Castle Point VA Medical Center, Franklin Delano Roosevelt Hospital, Margaret Cochran Corbin VA Campus, Brooklyn VA Medical Center, and Northport VA Medical Center. Interested parties may submit capability information demonstrating that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
