Description
The U.S. Air Force Research Laboratory is soliciting non-personal grounds maintenance and snow and ice removal services for the Rome Research Site and Defense Finance and Accounting Service facility in Rome, New York. The scope includes mowing, edging, trimming, debris and leaf removal, shrub and tree pruning, lawn aeration, selective and non-selective weed control, tree and stump removal, spring cleanup, and additional grounds policing. Snow services include clearing roads, parking lots, sidewalks, steps, ramps, and entrances; plowing must begin within one hour after two inches of accumulation, and the site must remain accessible and safe 24 hours per day, seven days per week during winter conditions. The contractor must furnish supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, materials, and quality-control procedures. The technical plan must include an equipment list, identify self-performed and subcontracted work, and list intended subcontractors and their consent when applicable. Offers must also include a completed price schedule, past-performance information for up to five relevant contracts performed within the last three years, and the attached representations and certifications. The solicitation requires CMMC Level 1 or higher for applicable contractor information systems and is reserved as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
